Quick Photo Tip

Anyone who has been out taking photographs with another photographer will know that two people can take images of the same object or scenery, yet walk away with totally different pictures. This is because all photographers will shoot from a different perspective. Nowadays in the digital age, there is no need to take only one photograph of the same scene. Instead, move around the area or object you're taking a photo of and shoot it from all different directions. Then you'll have several from which to choose the most interesting angle.

Taking photo's from different angles and persepectives can tell a different story

Photographing the same scene from different angles can tell the viewer a totally different story. Take the image below for example. Normally photographing a toilet sign wouldn't be so interesting. However in this case, the photographer has rotated themselves and shot from a lower angle so it seems as though the sign is pointing directly out to sea. What could have been quite a boring shot, is now an interesting and funny story.
