Crop tightly for more impact. This is especially true when photographing animals. Next time you’re at the zoo, take notice of animal postcards. Most are usually cropped tightly.

Wow, cropping your image tight on this shot certainly worked. This looks so great. Love the colors in the peacock tail. They look like hundreds of eyes looking at you.
Hope I can get as good a photographer as you are one day. Thanks for the quick tip. Will try this on some of my own images and see how they look.
